Core AdvantagesDesigned for advanced material R&D, this integrated system breaks the limits of traditional furnaces by combining Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM), Gravity Tilt Pouring, and High-Pressure Gas Atomization (Rapid Solidification). Users can seamlessly switch modes on a single platform: perform standard precision mold casting or execute high-speed spray casting to produce amorphous and microcrystalline materials. It is an ideal solution for universities, research institutes, and high-end alloy development centers.
Dual-Mode Casting System
Tilt Pouring Mode: Features a precision tilting mechanism to smoothly pour molten metal into graphite, ceramic, or water-cooled copper molds, perfect for complex castings or standard samples.
High-Pressure Spray Mode: Integrates a high-pressure inert gas system to jet molten metal into a specialized water-cooled mold, achieving extremely high cooling rates essential for creating metallic glasses (amorphous alloys).
All-in-One Efficiency: Both modes share the melting chamber and heating system, eliminating the need for reloading and significantly boosting R&D efficiency.
Key Features
High-Frequency Induction Heating: Utilizes high-frequency power for high thermal efficiency, reaching temperatures ≥1600℃, with natural electromagnetic stirring for uniform composition.
High Vacuum & Atmosphere Protection: Achieves a high vacuum level of ≤ 5×10⁻³ Pa to remove impurities; supports high-purity Argon/Nitrogen atmospheres, ideal for reactive metals.
Smart Control & Safety: Equipped with a PLC automatic control system and multiple safety interlocks (hydraulic, overheat, emergency stop) for precise and secure operation.
